We are seeking a professional who would love to combine their passion of Early Childhood Education/ Administration and Recruitment into the one role.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, maintain a professional demeanor, and demonstrate the capacity to handle a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Perform various office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, taking childcare booking from Early Childhood clients, filling our clients requested bookings with suitable candidates
Placing adveristments for Early Childhood educators for casual employment
Conduct phone screenings of applicants who wish to join our casual on call register
Schedule and conduct interviews
Complete reference checks for prospective candidates
Ensuring all relevant documentations are current and relevant for compliance
Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in office administration and/or recruitment preferred.
Highly desirable to have qualifications or work experience in the Early Childhood education sector.
