About the Role:
- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
- Experience as an Early Childhood Educator.
- Current Working with Children Card (Blue Card) and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification essential.
- Understanding of the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Ability to plan and implement an Emergent Curriculum program while adhering to the Centre Philosophy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Understanding of licensing regulations.
- Minimum of two years' experience in the childcare field.
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- Valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Safeguarding Children Checks.
- Current full Driver’s License for a manual vehicle.
- Above industry remuneration.
