About the role:
The Early Childhood educator position actively supervises and ensures the wellbeing of enrolled children. Develops and maintains positive relationships with families. All activities
performed by the Early Childhood educator are to be delivered in a way that 'exceeds the education and care services national quality standards'.
What you will be doing:
- Actively supervise children and ensure their wellbeing.
- Act as a first aid officer as and when required.
- Assist in the delivery of programs and activities.
- Assume responsibility as 'responsible officer' as needed in the absence of the centre director. [Diploma]
- Develop and implement activities at the centre consistent with the national quality framework. [Diploma]
- Develop positive customer relations with enrolled families. [Diploma]
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- First Aid - Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
- First Aid - CPR (HLTAID009)
- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- Working with Children Check
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Casual Early Childhood Educator – Childcare Assistant
Rate of pay starting from: $38.85 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading)+ Superannuation + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
Casual Early Childhood Educator - Diploma
Rate of pay starting from: $45.68 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading)+ Superannuation + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
