Early Childhood Education - Certificate III (Kindergarten)
Hourly Rate: $22.96 to $28.29 per hour (rate dependent on years of experience)

An exciting opportunity for a Certificate III educator to join our Katandra West kindergarten team to support the combined three year old and four year old kindergarten program.
This role is 36 Hours 40 minutes per fortnight, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday week 1 and Monday & Tuesday week 2 for 2024. This role is reviewed annually and adjusted based on current bookings.
We are looking for an educator who is able to support the service in providing a play based, education and care program designed to develop and foster children’s confidence.
Our program has a strong focus of connecting with our local community, sustainability, exploration of our natural environment and allowing our children the time to immerse themselves in uninterrupted play.
The successful applicant will be able to provide a warm, safe, stimulating environment for the children that supports them to make a smooth transition from home to the service; who can work with the team to maintain and provide a high quality program and support that incorporates the families beliefs and culture, as well as supporting the educators professional development.
Applicants will hold, or be working towards a certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care, current Criminal History Check, valid Working With Children’s Check, Level 2 first aid, asthma / anaphylaxis management certificates and current CPR.
