Roseberry House Early Learning Centre Devonport is looking for new casual educators to join our gowning community.
Our service has been part of the local community for the past 15 years with the name Roseberry House joining Devonport in 2021, with longstanding teachers and educators who have been here for years. We are looking for new educators to join this exceptional team who are passionate about Early Childhood and show initiative, creativity, and eagerness to be part of our team environment.
We value our team and know that children learn best through play! As such, all Educators have input in developing and implementing a fun, inclusive, and holistic program that encourages children's growth and development.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum Certificate III or Diploma of Children's Services (or be studying towards).
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check.
- Hold a current First Aid, and CPR certificate.
- Current Child protection training or we are willing to provide this training.
- Professional level of written and verbal communication
Skills and Experience
- Have worked in a similar role or are willing to gain experience/skills in our community.
- Be familiar with the EYLF, Practices, and Principles or willing to learn.
- Have a passion and genuine interest in working with children.
- Be reliable and dedicated.
- Be organised and professional.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Work collaboratively
