The Role
The Education Manager is a statewide role supporting Early Childhood and Community. The role will lead a team of professionals who provide engaging training and support for learners.
On any given day, your duties will include:
- Efficiently managing team resources for targets, training, and strategy.
- Ensure training products and team practices meet ASQA standards and compliance.
- Promote a digital-first approach, driven by learner satisfaction, retention, and industry input.
- Negotiate workplans, teacher competency, and required documents with delivery team.
- Guide team's yearly plan to align with learner, industry, employer, and Community needs.
What will you bring
- You will have industry experience in Early Childhood and Community or VET experience.
- A tertiary qualification in educational leadership or business management.
- A proven record of leadership in a large, complex tertiary education organisation.
- You will have the experience to enable you to be responsible for the key outcomes of a set of industry training products and a VET delivery team.
- You will ensure that all learners receive a high-quality VET experience that meets the learners needs and industry expectations for a job ready graduate.
You will require a current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
