About The Roles - Apprentice and Diploma Qualified Educator Opportunities now available.
- Apprentices - advance your Early Childhood education career by studying Diploma level qualifications in ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education.
- Diploma Qualified Educators - gain Montessori qualifications with opportunity of advancement into senior roles.
Full Time - 38 hours per week, shifts rostered between 6:15am and 5:30pm.
No Montessori experience is required, however upon appointment ALL Educators will be supported to complete Montessori qualifications through our affiliated training college, Building Futures Education https://bfe.edu.au/. Funding available for eligible apprentices can result in no out of pocket expenses for course fees. Enrolment eligibility conditions apply.

Selection Criteria:
- Willingness to enrol in and complete Diploma ECEC if not already held (Prerequisite enrolment requirement: Cert III ECEC - CHC30121 or CHC30113. RPL may be available for those holding older Cert III level qualifications).
- Willingness to enrol in and complete Diploma Montessori Early Childhood Education (if not already held).
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Hold or be eligible to apply for a valid paid Blue Card (WWC). Restricted persons need not apply.
Please note, we are not currently offering entry level (traineeship) opportunities. Successful candidates must have completed at least a Cert III level ECEC qualification (see https://www.acecqa.gov.au/qualifications/nqf-approved).
