Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Position Overview:
As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our experienced educators in providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children in our daycare setting. No prior experience is required as we are urgently hiring and will provide comprehensive training and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and educational programs designed to promote children's physical, social,
emotional, and cognitive development.
-Support children's daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, while ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
-Engage with children in meaningful interactions, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
-Collaborate with the lead educators and other team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
-Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including setting up and tidying away resources and materials.
Qualifications:
-No prior experience is needed; we are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with young children and eager to learn.
-Must have a positive and caring attitude towards children, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Willingness to undergo training and obtain relevant qualifications in Early Childhood education (training will be provided).
