The Role
You will support the centre in maintaining a high quality standard of education and care.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and Quality Standards at all times.
- Assist the implementation of an innovative and reflective Early Childhood education program that is reflective of the principles, practices and outcomes of the National Early Years Learning Framework.
- Contribute to a collective team through shared learning, a positiove attitude and sound communication skills.
- Develop and maintain meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues and relevant professionals.
You will have:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Working with Children Check
- Identify and respond to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate including Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Experience providing quality learning experiences & environments for young children.
- Knowledge & understanding of child development
- Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional learning & development
The salary range for this opportunity commences at $ 62,266 (Grade C, Step 1) + 11% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
