Permanent Part Time – 36 hours per fortnight
An opportunity has arisen to work with Council's Early Years team in a permanent, part time capacity. The successful applicant will work at Riddells Creek Kindergarten with our 4-year-old group. The position is for 18 hours per week during school terms, with sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8.30am to 4pm, with weekly planning on Wednesdays.
As part of working with the team you will receive support from the designated Early Years Team Leader to support you in delivering educational excellence. Council encourages and supports professional development, and as part of the arrangement you will be paid during school holidays.
Applicants need knowledge and experience in working with the National Quality Framework and a strong focus on working positively as part of a team. Applicants are required to hold a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid certificate, working with Children Card and be willing to undergo a Police Check.
