Your role:
Our centres are purpose built to provide a clean and inclusive environment to encourage the children’s innate love of learning and a positive social development.
You will support the centre and encourage learning by:
-Developing, planning and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
-Monitoring and documenting children's progress & individual children's portfolios
-Mentoring and guiding new staffs within the Centre about programming and planning activities
-Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
-Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
-Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations and contribute in QIP
What you need:
-ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
-Previous experience and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
-A willingness to further your professional knowledge
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Magnetic personality and communication skills to effortlessly connect with children, families, and fellow educators to create meaningful relationships
