We are currently seeking Early Childhood Educators who are willing to undertake casual shifts across childcare centres in the Geelong area. Casual work with us provides flexibility for educators wanting a work/life balance - there is no commitment required - you can work however many days you want, choose your hours, take the day off to attend appointments or take time off for holidays/study or other commitments. You also do not need to be exclusively working for us - if you want to supplement your current income, we are able to offer you shifts around your available days.

We are looking for:
- Completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care / ACECQA approved equivalent
- We will consider applicants studying towards an ACECQA approved ECEC qualification
- Employee Working With Children Check
- Strong understanding of Child Protection
- Food Handling/Safety Certificate
- Preferably hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Passionate about Early Childhood education and making a difference in children's lives and their communities
- Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work in new teams
