If you are an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Centre Director and wanting to oversee the administrative operations of childcare childcare services, this could be the role for you. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Childhood education, hold an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification, and possess experience in managing multiple childcare centres (preferred not essential). This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting centre directors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to centre directors in the day-to-day operations of childcare centres.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as enrolment, billing, and staffing.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards across all services.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of care and education provided.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for the childcare services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.
- Act as a liaison between the childcare services and external stakeholders, including families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a centre director in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of Early Childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and childcare management software.
