The successful applicant will:
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Have a min. of 1 years’ experience implementing a 3YO Kinder program
- Have a positive attitude and passionate approach
- Have the ability to lead and mentor a team of educators
- Have an understanding of delivering an inquiry based approach to children's learning and development.
- Have sound knowledge / Understanding of the EYLF & NQS
- Have completed First Aid
- Have a current provisional/conditional VIT accreditation.
