We are seeking a highly passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher for our 3-year-old Kinder program. Our service is known for providing excellent early learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a high-quality educational program for the 3 year-old program in consultation with children, families, and Educators to achieve agreed outcomes for children.
- Work collaboratively with Educators to implement an educational program driven by children's interests, underpinned by the Early Years Learning Framework, that aims to achieve their holistic development and facilitate a smooth transition to school.
- Document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting children’s learning and development.
- Be part of a collaborative teaching environment.
- Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the centre.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained.
You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education - recognised or assessed by ACECQA.
- Current Working with children check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Approved Certificates.
- Ability to program, plan and evaluate for the children with sound knowledge and experience in updated programming techniques.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Leadership qualities in leading your team to successful outcomes for children and families.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to your role.
