Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient management of daily operations at the center.
- Maintain and streamline administrative procedures.
- Contribute to the development of an innovative educational program, involving observation, planning, and the implementation of enriching learning experiences. Keep accurate records.
- Coordinate and support the tasks of fellow educators, ensuring the successful delivery of our educational program.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of the Centre Quality Improvement Plan.
- Exhibit exceptional teamwork, proactivity, and high standards for yourself, your team, and center performance by promoting a positive team spirit and exemplary behaviors.
Skills & Experience
- Collaborate with the Director, Room Leaders, and Lead Educators to create a dynamic, enriching environment for children preparing for school.
- Plan and execute developmentally appropriate programs for each child to ignite their passion for learning.
- Assess individual children's needs and monitor their progress, ensuring readiness for school.
- Manage daily routines and handle associated administrative and compliance tasks.
- Foster a nurturing environment by providing support and working seamlessly with other educators in the room.
- Uphold health and safety standards and employ risk-minimization strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain respectful communication while building valuable partnerships with families.
