We are seeking our next Early Childhood Teacher for our 3-5 Program. This position will provide a new opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and knowledge further with additional training and continuous mentoring offered.

Duties
- Planning, preparation, and delivery of a comprehensive Kindergarten Program that is guided by the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Preparing and reflecting on your teaching environment to meet the needs of children’s development
- Critically reflecting on your own teaching strategies and collaboratively reflecting to meet the needs of the community, children, families, and educators
- Using your creative vision and leadership skills to lead and support our community of families, children, and educators
- Delivering a hands-on approach towards teaching young children that supports their holistic development
Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education/Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Experience working in alignment with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Passionate for individual/ child centred curriculum driven programs
- Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, and the National Quality Standards
- Be an inspiring leader and positive advocate for Early Childhood
- A strong level of communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with management, educators, children, families, and the community
