About the Role:
We are looking to develop a casual pool of passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Melbourne in providing exceptional support to individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing support with daily tasks, personal care, social activities, and community participation. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering support in a respectful and compassionate manner. As part of our team, you will be joining a group of dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we support. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with people with disabilities.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine desire to support people with disabilities using a person-centered approach
- A commitment to continuous learning and improving communication skills
- Desirable Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or another relevant qualification
Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Working with Children Check
- Current police check conducted within the last 6 months
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
- Valid Australian driver's license (with a reliable and comprehensively insured car)
