Our Service is seeking a passionate & creativeEarly Childhood Teacher to deliver our Kindergarten Program. If you are an ECT with a passion for creating innovative learning environment and programs and are looking for an opportunity to display your leadership skills, this is the role for you!

🐝 Essential Qualifications
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)).
- Teacher's Registration - Full/Provisional
- Valid and current Working with Children's Check
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
🐝 Essential Skills and Attributes
- Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues.
- Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.
- Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.
🐝 Desirable Experience and Knowledge
- Prior experience in teaching in an Early Childhood settings.
- Ensuring an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.
- Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
- Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.
