You will develop the educator team's understanding of child development and other relevant early years content knowledge, as well as support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework. In this role you will work within the centre leadership team to lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence. Find out more about what the Educational Leader role entails .About Goodstart Darwin Airport:Goodstart Early Learning Darwin Airport is located in a convenient and easy to find pocket of the city area, close to a major shopping complex, schools, amenities and community services.The service is licenced for 75 children, catering to all early learning age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years. The centre is open from 6.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our centre develops engaging programs taking into consideration each child's individual needs, strengths and interests. Our amazing Centre Director Donna is passionate about mentoring and supporting her team. Donna is a team player and values the input from staff that she works with, but also the families, children, and community as well. You'll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NT Working with Children Check
