As the Educational Leader, you will work alongside the Educators within your centre to observe practice, review and continuously improve educational programs on offer to children. You will develop the educator team's understanding of child development and other relevant early years content knowledge, as well as support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework. About Goodstart Darwin Airport:
Goodstart Early Learning Darwin Airport is located in a convenient and easy to find pocket of the city area, close to a major shopping complex, schools, amenities and community services.
The service is licenced for 75 children, catering to all early learning age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years. The centre is open from 6.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our centre develops engaging programs taking into consideration each child's individual needs, strengths and interests. Our amazing Centre Director Donna is passionate about mentoring and supporting her team. Donna is a team player and values the input from staff that she works with, but also the families, children, and community as well. Establishing and maintaining relationships is very important to Donna, as is providing high quality care for the children.

You'll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NT Working with Children Check
If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
