As the Educational Leader, you will work alongside the Educators within your centre to observe practice, review and continuously improve educational programs on offer to children. You will develop the educator team’s understanding of child development and other relevant early years content knowledge, as well as support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework. About Goodstart
Goodstart Rostrevor is located on Moules Road and is a purpose built childcare centre which provides much-needed care for local families. Featuring six large and spacious learning spaces over two levels with separate nursery sleep rooms, the centre provides a modern yet home-like naturally inspired environment.
Our centre is licensed for 89 children and our early learning programs cater to each child's stage of development, from six weeks of age to Preschool-aged children. Our Centre Director Stella has been at Goodstart Rostrevor since it opened in January 2021, working along side a strong group of highly skilled multicultural educators. The Educators are passionate, hardworking and continuously expanding their skills through professional development.

You’ll need:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Working with Children Check
