The Service:
At KU Wahroonga, we are proud of our reputation within the heart of the local community of providing rich education and care for more than 60 years.
Our exceeding rated service is set in a lovely, leafy environment that encompasses many natural play areas. The children are involved in the care and development of the outdoor environment through gardening, recycling and suggesting ideas to improve the outdoor play areas, for example, the rock and mud area.
The preschool is open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:36pm during NSW school term times.
The Role:
We are looking for an inspiring ECT who has sound knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and interest in nature play. This excellent opportunity to join this small exceeding rated team will see you join the preschool part time Monday's and Tuesday's 7.6 hours each day on a permanent basis.

Of course, you will need:
- Australian working rights
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
- NESA Teacher Accreditation
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
