The Role
- Be a passionate, motivated advocate for the quality education and the development of children
- Document and program plan for children using our online learning platform
- Positive interpersonal skills with families and the team
- Have a sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Contribute to the Self assessment tool
- Lead and mentor our 4 Preschool Lead educators and teachers
- Review and approve learning documentation and summative assessments
- Work alongside the Educational Leader/ Nursery mentor and Centre Director to drive embedded quality practices
- Have great written and verbal communication skills and be inspired by collaborating and team relationships

Pre-requisites
- Bachelor of Education/Teaching in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised or equivalent) Working towards your Bachelor will also be seen as beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role is desired, Experienced Diploma Educators are encouraged to apply.
- Current First Aid HLTAID004, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis & Working with children check (WWCC)
- NESA Teacher Registration
- Child Protection Training
- Food Safety training
