An Early Childhood Teacher role at Reddam ELS will see you guiding and working alongside a team of educators to deliver the inspiring educational program.
Your responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Plan and support the delivery of our education program.
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development, program, and daily information for children.
- Taking observations and planning for a small group of children.
- Facilitate a collaborative work environment.
- Create inspiring, interesting, and age-appropriate learning environments.
- Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child.
- A focus on the Primary Care-Giving Approach.
Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession, and a strong commitment to high quality care is necessary.
You will have a relevant qualification, relevant experience and current teaching accreditation.
