As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.
About Goodstart Pacific Paradise is a vibrant childcare centre located minutes from Mudjimba Beach. Our five-room facility caters to children aged six weeks to six years, offering before-and after-school care and vacation care up to age twelve. We focus on sensory and play-based learning, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Our Kindergarten program includes access to the Board Learn Program and the Internet, supporting children's school readiness and emerging interests.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
OR
Qualification in Primary or Secondary education, Diploma or Cert 3 in Children’s Services along with QLD Teacher Registration
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
