Become a part of dynamic leadership team alongside an experienced and passionate Director and Assistant Director, that will guide and create innovative approaches to educational programs and inclusive practices.
We are looking for an Educational Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, and Office Administrator who each have a minimum of three years’ experience working within these roles in an Early Childhood Education and Care service.
About the Role
Work in partnership alongside a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Leader supported by local and experienced head office team.
Shape and build positive team culture and be part of innovative research in a brand-new service designed to facilitate the inclusion of all children.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary approach to support both children and families.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and guide teaching teams.
- Developing relationships with families and the local community that build and support collaborative partnerships.
- Ensuring the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and other relevant Legislation.
- Demonstrate integrity, proficiency, and awareness through supporting daily rituals and the use of authentic resources.
- Oversee team development, performance evaluations, staff scheduling, all elements of service enrolment process and other daily operations to maintain a successful business.
Qualifications and requirements
- EL hold a minimum of Diploma of ECEC or higher
- ECT Bachelor of ECEC or equivalent
- Hold a current Blue Card
- Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)
- Demonstrated ability to use CCMS Xap software.
