Key responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the daily program for the individual children or groups
• To be responsible for planning and preparing the environment, setting up interest based experiences, preparing and clearing away materials and supplies
• Identify children's interest and use these to inform the program
• To critically reflect on the program and use these reflections to drive improvement
• Document the learning of individual children for program planning purposes and to monitor their progress against learning outcomes while reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework
• Keep up to date with current development in the Early Childhood sector
• Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines
