Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working Towards.
- Solid experience within the sector
- Strong communication skills
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- You will also need to hold a current WWVP Check and First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate. (or willing to obtain them)

The Centre
YMCA Holt Early Learning Centre fosters a community of learners, not only within the programs we create for children in our attendance, but for our Educators too. We believe in allowing children time to naturally flow between indoor and outdoor play with a choice of learning experiences.
The Role
As a Lead Educator, you will be a part of our centre community, vision and philosophy. You will work closely with other educators and families as well as with the EYLF and NQS to deliver high quality Education and Care to children within our community. You will be supported and mentored by exceptional leaders and will be given every opportunity to learn and grow.
