Earthmoving Plant Trainer & Assessors

Star Training and Assessing is a Nationally Accredited Registered Training Organisation, (RTO No 21830), offering a wide range of industry focused courses and services to individuals and organisations throughout Australia. Established in 2006, the business specialises in the Building, Civil, Warehousing and Construction industries, and has substantially extended its scope of registration since its inception.

We currently have three training facilities in the eastern and western suburbs of Melbourne and travel extensively across Melbourne and Regional Victoria providing specialised civil and construction Training and Assessment. 

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint two full-time Civil Construction Earthmoving Plant Trainers/Assessors.

This position will predominantly involve on-site Training, as well as occasional classroom Training.

Competency to deliver additional units on our scope will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role you must hold the following:

• Certificate IV TAE40116 in Training and Assessment
• Valid Licences
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Literate
• A ‘can do attitude’ and passion toward their work
• A current Driver’s Licence

• Small Plant and Equipment
• Chainsaws
• Load and Unload Plant
• First Attack Fire Fighting Equipment and Fire Warden
