You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining our capabilities by ensuring our local team is in good condition to work, happy at work, trained, aware of our shared service expectations (our customers’ expectations), motivated to reach the goals and providing feedback and offering efficiency improvement ideas.
- Empower team members to flourish within the organization taking advantage of the programs that Deloitte offers. Coach team members and support continuous improvement. Escalate key issues to SSS leadership if necessary.
- Act as an escalation point within the time zone (Australia, New-Zealand, Japan) for any purpose related to the Shared Security Services portfolio by CISOs and their teams, IT Security leaders, SMEs, etc.
- Leverage service teams, product management to develop an understanding of adequate reporting and provide feedback. Be part of the SSS Leadership team. Participate in the SSS Leadership team and provide insights valuable to the region, separate meetings for Australia time-zone
- Play an active role in regional service working groups leveraging existing relationships to tailor the narrative and drive more effective sessions Operational/budgetary responsibility: Function as the administrative leader of Australia-based Shared Security Services professionals. Help/facilitate communication with Finance, Talent, and HR people in Australia; include Service Line leaders and SSS Leader when appropriate. No Financial/Budget accountability.
- Strategic responsibility: Take direction from the Managing Director, Shared Security Services and coordinate closely with Shared Security Services leadership to ensure alignment in strategy and actions.
- Client responsibility: Engage regional leadership (CISOs, CTOs and SMEs, Risk/CO/DPO) to advocate Global Shared Security Services, collect and understand local MF demand, concerns/challenges and collect priorities and tactical decision impacting their availabilities and their risks, ensure high satisfaction for SSS service delivered.
