YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to exciting growth in the business, we are seeking an experienced eBusiness Project Managerto join our team based in Sydney on a 12 Month fixed term contract and lead the delivery of EDI Supplier integrations for Blackwoods.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time and on budget, in line with project charter and Capex budgetary requirements, whilst leading and guiding the technical teams to ensure commercially advantageous priorities are addressed in line with stakeholder expectations.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Managing Supplier EDI and OCR integrations based on commercial priority in collaboration with the Blackwoods Sales leadership team
- Establishing and driving supplier kick off calls, cadences/routines, conducting requirements gathering and supporting and driving all testing activity to delivery
- Organising multiple projects, setting priorities and keeping the programme on track
- Providing work-in-progress status updates and proactively keeping stakeholders informed
- Supporting the team to develop standard operating procedures for Supplier EDI processes
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing EDI, CRM, or ERP integration projects to tight deadlines
- Good understanding of EDI standards and IT and eBusiness applications
- Exceptional communication, group facilitation/presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business analyst/project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on, organised, accountable, adaptable and adept in managing conflicting priorities
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment with a sales and customer orientation
