Our LCS (Lifecycle Service) Project Manager role sits within our service department, playing a crucial role collaborating with our customers, our internal and global Krones network, and external stakeholders to support in after sale service, managing projects, planning line equipment repairs, spare parts, and importantly, building and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support Sales with regards to clarification of customer needs, time constraints and technical details.
- When necessary, project clarification customer site to support Sales and/or complete coverage after project is assigned.
- Support in quotation and calculation.
- To coordinate findings of technically and economically best solutions based on the feedback and input of product specialists, Service, external suppliers and customers.
- To communicate and confirm all aspects and components of the project with the customer, Krones AG (Germany) and other relevant parties including external suppliers.
- To secure a suitable information flow to all parties relevant for the project.
- To monitor, and if necessary, specifically initiate the various deliverables of the project (material, personnel, support tools etc.).
- Ensure all necessary preparatory steps with the customer are executed.
- Understand and adhere to WHS Safety processes and regulations.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally. Although not a regular requirement, occasional travel is required for site visits and/or training.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification and/or background in Engineering, Project Management preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Food and Beverage Industry Experience desirable.
- Basic skills in SAP desirable.
- Proven organisation and planning skills.
- High capacity for teamwork.
- Strong communication skills.
