About The Role:
This is a Permanent, Full Time, Grade 2 Occupational Therapy position within the RCH Early Childhood Intervention Service Team Early Childhood Intervention Services : About Early Childhood Intervention Services ECIS (rch.org.au).
Applicants seeking 0.7-0.8FTE will be considered.
This role is part of a supportive and collaborative allied health team working within a transdisciplinary model of practice. It will provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention services to children and families using a family centred and strengths-based approach. It will have a split caseload of Key Worker service delivery support and Occupational Therapy specific support.
Classification for this position will range from VF6-VF9 Grade 2 Year 1 to Grade 2 Year 4 (FTE base salary per annum $88,478 - $101,691 plus superannuation).

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- AHPRA registration.
- Clinical experience working with children 0-6 years of age with neurodevelopmental disorders or neurodiversity.
- Well-developed occupational therapy assessment and intervention skills.
- Previous experience working in a transdisciplinary early childhood intervention setting or paediatric health care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to have a flexible approach to working with families and staff using a strengths-based approach.
