Annually, the RCH has 300,000+ Specialist Clinic appointments, 90,000+ Emergency Department presentations and 20,000 elective surgeries.The RCH is committed to the .RCH enjoys high employee engagement and is committed to staff safety and a positive culture through enactment of our Compact.For further Information on RCH is available .About The Role:This is a Permanent, Full Time, Grade 2 Occupational Therapy position within the RCH Early Childhood Intervention Service Team .Applicants seeking 0.7-0.8FTE will be considered.This role is part of a supportive and collaborative allied health team working within a transdisciplinary model of practice.
It will provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention services to children and families using a family centred and strengths-based approach. It will have a split caseload of Key Worker service delivery support and Occupational Therapy specific support.Classification for this position will range from VF6-VF9 Grade 2 Year 1 to Grade 2 Year 4 (FTE base salary per annum $88,478 - $101,691 plus superannuation).What you'll achieve:

- Previous experience working in a transdisciplinary early childhood intervention setting or paediatric health care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to have a flexible approach to working with families and staff using a strengths-based approach.
