Responsible for supporting the running of Camargue’s online presence, this role is a 6-month contract position perfect for someone with a love of design, organization and ecommerce. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking for a change of pace, the successful candidate will be supporting the everyday operations of Camargue’s eCommerce Site, www.camarguefashion.com.au. Upholding the creative direction and business strategy, this position will work across the following tasks;
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and eCommerce Coordinator to ensure an optimal online shopping experience for potential customers through clear imagery and the provision of all necessary information to help conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations between the online store and other departments.
- Ensure backend business operations support online operations, i.e. frequent updates of the online store with new products, order fulfillment, returns/exchanges/refunds and customer care. This involves coordination with operations.
- Manage the addition of new products end-to-end from the creation of eCommerce on model and ghost imagery to writing product descriptions and pushing them all live
- Creating adhoc collections and edits as required for campaigns
- Assisting other departments and team members with general administrative and customer service/support tasks
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Excellent organization and administrative ability
- A strong attention to detail, well spoken both in person and on email
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt and help in other areas where required
- Ability to work independently
- Have a keen interest in design
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with photographer, not essential but preferred.
A background in fashion and retail is a bonus
