Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
Emeco have a new and exciting opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Thunderbox Mine Site! Reporting to the Project Maintenace Manager you will be responsible for the supervision of all maintenance and services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise all maintenance and services
- Manage and co-ordinate our crews, and facilities to ensure preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs are performed in a timely, cost effective and professional manner.
- lead and mentor the crews on the floor.
- Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across site
- Actively demonstrate and promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices
Required skills / experience & attributes:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, effectively leading a team in a mining environment
- MUST HAVE A SCHEDULE 26 TO HAVE THE RIGHTS TO WORK AS A SUPERVISOR ON MINESITES! (This has replaced the Section 44)
- Be highly experienced across all areas in the comprehensive maintenance of mobile equipment, including breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs.
- Possess a sound understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce them, as well as a sound knowledge of equipment safety legislation.
- Strong computer skills and literacy, with experience using Pronto, AMT or a similar system highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Valid “C Class” Manual Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance within 6 months of issue date
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
- FULL Working Rights within Australia
