We are looking of an E-commerce Stylist/Marketing Assistant with a deep love for fashion and a keen interest in understanding our Showpo customers on a deeper level. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in defining our brand's identity by styling in line with the distinctive Showpo aesthetic, and play a vital role in shaping our brand's story. Additionally, you'll be hands-on in supporting the marketing team with various daily tasks.
Day to day, you will:Prepare looks for all catalogue and social shoots, ensuring all styling is on-trend, aligned with the brand direction & relevant categoriesWorks with Junior eCommerce Manager to prepare products for catalogue shoots- ensuring garments are steamed, styled and ready to shootConstantly sourcing & preparing styling concepts, including trend researchMonthly meetings with key buying & product team members to discuss upcoming ranges, share feedback and ensure styling is aligned to the vision of buyers/designersStrong understanding of upcoming products, key best sellers & relevant accessories, regularly updating the styling racks to ensure that the best sellers and key pieces are being utilisedManagement of styling cupboard, ensuring all clothing and accessory styling pieces are regularly sourced and updated, and products used are in-stock and not on sale, and are either key sellers or seasonal trend piecesChasing samples / styling pieces to shoot in studioStays ahead of trends and researches influencers/social feeds in order to regularly communicate with Product Team members on gaps you see in product (from a styling perspective)Responsible for sample management following a shoot, ensuring samples are either handed over to Ecomm/Creative/Product Team where necessary or are sent back to warehouseGhost image product selects (apparel & non-apparel)Assisting with product selects for trend-focussed EDMsInfluencer Look book styling for brand campaigns & eventsOwning Marketing Ecomm shoot tasks to ensure Campaigns launch smoothlyCollating reshoot feedback & styling notes to refer back to as part of the constant improvement planAssist the CEO with posting on personal account.
