Role Responsibilities:
As an experienced ECT, you will:
- Implement culturally inclusive teaching practices.
- Foster positive relationships with each child.
- Develop and execute individualized programs for children.
- Maintain confidential and up-to-date records for children and families.
- Comply with mandatory reporting in line with Child Protection guidelines.
We seek candidates who have:
- An Early Childhood Teaching qualification and relevant experience with children aged 0-5 years.
- A current Teacher Accreditation Number from the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Approved Child Protection training.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, and Child Protection legislation.

Salary Range: This role is offering over $90,000 plus 11% (depending on experience) PLUS all the above additional leave and benefits!
