Position: ED Registrar & CMO - Hospital on Sydney's South Coast

About the Roles:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced ED Registrars and CMOs to join a dynamic team at a leading hospital on Sydney's South Coast. As an ED Registrar or CMO, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality emergency care to patients in a diverse and fast-paced environment. These positions offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and career advancement. The hospital has138 beds with facilities in acute medical and surgical services and an emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective assessment, management, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including interns and residents.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects as required.

Requirements:

• General, Provisional, or Limited registration with AHPRA or eligible for.  
• IMG’s eligible for registration via the competent authority pathway 
• Candidates who have been assessed by ACEM as partially or substantially comparable.
