About the role
As a Marketing Coordinator specialising in Graphic Design, you will be a key member of our marketing team. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and contribute creatively to various marketing initiatives. Your role will involve leading the Graphic Design efforts and actively participating in wider marketing activities including campaigns and events. This position offers a unique chance to manage the Graphic Design operations while engaging broadly across our marketing spectrum.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Sydney office near Barangaroo and Wynyard station. You will become part of a relaxed and welcoming culture, where we are dedicated to both hard work and having fun, and where everyone is supportive and accessible.
Responsibilities:
· Design and produce a variety of digital and print marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, merchandise, packaging, signage, and digital ads, all while adhering to our brand guidelines.
· Oversee the management and updating of our brand guidelines.
· Help with organising and executing company events, webinars, and exhibitions.
· Adapt to shifting priorities and manage a range of marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
· A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
· Ability to develop artwork across mediums ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· High attention to detail
· Skills in website design UI/UX skills (advantageous)
· Excellent time management abilities with a talent for prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with video editing is considered a bonus.
· Must be a team player that can also work well independently.
· Background in professional services is beneficial but not mandatory.
