Position Details
Kindergarten Education Assistant - Part-time, Temporary
This is a temporary part-time position (0.6 FTE) commencing 15 July 2024 and concluding 31 December 2024.
Working days for this role are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Selection Criteria
• Demonstrate a passion for working in a play based environment for Kindergarten students.
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills to assist in establishing and maintaining close working relationships with students, staff and families.
• Show initiative, work independently, and contribute actively to a dynamic team environment and embrace the concept of continuous learning.
• Be prepared to support the Catholic ethos and traditions of St Joseph’s School in the performance of their duties.
• Be a competent user of basic IT.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
Qualifications Required
• A Certificate III or IV Teacher Assistant Qualification.
