The Role
We're on the hunt for our unicorn – a full-time Education Design Support Officer based at our Burnie Campus. You'll be the hero of our Learning Management System (LMS), resolve helpdesk requests, lead engaging training sessions, and keep our system documentation in tip-top shape. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes wrangling LMS data management and tackling system challenges. Plus, you’ll get a backstage pass to our virtual Llama farm!
Now, llama tell you what you could be doing on any given day:
- Streamline LMS user experiences through creative problem-solving and a user-centric approach
- Spearhead engaging virtual or in-person training to unveil LMS functionalities.
- Serve as the "go-to guru" for LMS troubleshooting challenges
- Assist in the creation of microlearning modules and infographics to enhance user engagement, skills, and knowledge.
About You
- You’re a digital Sherlock Holmes, unravelling the mysteries of integrated systems in adult learning environments, while gaining new skills daily.
- You love to learn! You thrive on brainstorming and finding alternative solutions as systems and processes evolve.
- You can juggle challenges with the finesse of a multitasking maestro, prioritising tasks effectively.
- With a knack for turning jargon into user-friendly guides, you make complexity as clear as a sunny day.

A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
