The Future Skills suite of educational offerings is centered around bridging the skills gap in the Australian workforce particularly in the digital, business, IT, care and Clean Economy industries.
About your next role
Reporting to the Director of Teaching & Learning, the Manager of Business and Clean Economy will spearhead the strategic development of industry-relevant qualifications, short courses and micro-credentials, with a primary emphasis on growth & development and management of education quality.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the growth and success of industry-focused training, positioning Monash College at the forefront of developing professional skills and the Clean Economy, in alignment with market demands.
This is not your typical 9am - 5pm role and the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly. This may include some evenings and Saturdays for course operations, student management, some teaching and other course operational requirements.
Part-time job share will be considered for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
Teaching for approximately 1 day per week
Build and optimise a sales funnel for industry-focused training programs
Implement strategies to attract, engage and convert potential students and businesses; ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process
Lead a dynamic Business and Clean Economy delivery team
Manage quality assurance and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and policies
Oversee teacher delivery quality, conduct reviews, and manage reporting and governance requirements
Anticipate business needs and implement innovative solutions for consistent value addition

Your background and experience
You will have Training and Assessment qualifications that are aligned to the Standards of RTO 2015.
Demonstrated relevant experience in managing people, program, projects and/or functions
Proven experience in developing and optimizing sales funnels within an education or training setting
In-depth knowledge of the education industry and regulatory frameworks
Proven expertise and demonstrated excellence in teaching
