About the role:
Do you have a genuine passion and drive to contribute to the quality education of young students, working as part of a team to create a supportive and enriching learning environment? If yes, then the Education Support Officer at St Andrew’s Anglican College may be the next position for you.
As an Education Support Officer, you will support the Head of Primary and broader college community to deliver exemplary education through assisting and supporting teachers, students and parents with the teaching and learning processes and classroom activities. Play an integral role in providing excellent support and encouragement to individual students across the Year Level inside and outside of the classroom, enabling students to fully participate in activities.

What we're looking for:
- Certificate IV (Education Support) level qualification with equivalent work experience
- Hold a current Blue Card
- Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team with a professional, courteous manner
- Intermediate understanding of classroom procedures, curriculum material, year level curriculum concepts and assessment task requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in time management and ability to successfully prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
