About the role - Southern Cross Catholic College is seeking a School Officer to provide Administrative Support for the Sport, IT and Art Departments. The position is for the College’s secondary campus.
About you - This position requires:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask across various administrative and support functions including providing 8 hours per week of in-class support for the Art Department.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, staff and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Relevant experience in a similar position within a school would be advantageous.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
