The beach-themed outdoor spaces are undercover, so the children can run, jump, and play outside no matter the weather. Wooden structures, a water pump, a sandpit, worm farms and a boat allow the children to explore their interests while they develop important physical and social skills.
The light-filled and spacious indoor rooms are well-equipped with resources, activities and developmentally appropriate toys to engage the children in various learning activities. The rooms are set up to meet the needs of the children with play-based learning as a key focus.

Some keen considerations for the role:
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- A growth mindset, with the view to continue to improve and develop their pedagogy and practice.
- A can- do attitude with the ability to be innovative with curriculum.
- Able to passionately work within their philosophy.
- Must hold an Early Childhood Degree & Nesa Accreditation (or be willing to apply for Nesa accreditation)
