What We're Looking For in our Educational Leader
Hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to create a harmonious learning environment.
Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh and creative ideas to engage children in exciting and educational activities.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively.
Your Role:
As the Educational Leader, you will work collaboratively with the management team to support the understanding of, and implementation of, a creative and thoughtful curriculum practice at our centre. You will support a team of dedicated educators to achieve experiential learning outcomes for the children in our care.
- Collaboratively leading the implementation of Early Years Learning Framework Version 2.
- Work to establish a meaningful curriculum across all rooms at the centre.
- Coach and mentor educators to understand and document the play-based learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
