If you are an experienced Educational Leader who loves to coach and mentor educators assisting growth and development then we would love to hear from you! If on the other hand you are new to this opportunity we have a highly experience and long term leadership team in place, both onsite and remote ready and waiting to offer an abundance of support in your role along with a focus on personal and professional development of your choice.
Our Centre Director has worked at our beautiful Forest Hill centre since we opened and most of our team have worked here for over 3 years! You will find a highly welcoming and appreciated team, and leadership ready to assist in as little or as much as you need. Our Education and Practice Consultant is highly experienced ready to support you both face to face and through ongoing remote support as needed particularly if you are new to this role. We have also partnered with Dr Kaylene Henderson, Child Psychiatrist and one of Australia’s leading early years parenting experts.

About You
- Warm, engaging and confident nature.
- Approachable and collaborative style ready to help guide quality educational and learning practices and assist in planning, implementing and evaluating programs.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher qualifications (ACECQA equivalent accepted)
- Experience in a previous leadership position within Early Childhood
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and experience with NQF
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
