About the Role:Teacher: As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll inspire a love of learning and foster development through purposeful teaching practices. You'll build relationships with families, mentor educators, and collaborate to develop high-quality learning programs for optimal outcomes.
Educational Leader: As the Educational Leader, you'll observe, review, and improve educational programs. You'll develop educators' understanding of child development, support the use of learning frameworks, and lead change to uplift practice and excellence.
Assistant Director: As the Assistant Director, you'll use your leadership to drive continuous improvement across centre operations. You'll collaborate with the leadership team, build relationships with families, and engage with the local community.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
OR
Qualification in Primary or Secondary education, Diploma or Cert 3 in Children’s Services along with QLD Teacher Registration
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
